Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Without any visible signs of wear or tear

For apparel, we will not accept merchandise that is missing tags, worn, altered, or washed.

Return Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Custom products
• Bodywear, including face masks

Custom products are non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturing or material defects. In this case, you may contact Customer Service via email for assistance.
